So that there is there's a strength that's left, sometimes people will work with people that have multi talents, and all they know is one thing that that person does. So we found in most communities, and in most groups, skilled paramedics, from the service, nurses, physicians, even just people interested in health, that voluntary organizations, people who've had experience all over the country all over the world. And they've got this talent and nobody knows.
