There are two different schedules for the certain high schools, the Phoenix school and that the Phoenix school system play a spring schedule. The Tucson schools play winter schedule. I myself played organized with very good coaching in fifth grade through the C wire which is Catholic youth organizations. We have some feeder schools, as in, you know, fifth to seventh that don't have and don't offer girls basketball. The first time they experience it is in high school. We need to improve that. But overall I think recruiting for us is a key. We must recruit each year a quality at least one quality top 20 Top 50 player this year, this are my first recruiting class was ranked 15th in the country in terms of recruiting, and we if we can do that consistently, it's not going to take to one year we're going to need four years spanned of that to be what we want to be and that's a top three in the PAC 10 hopefully NCAA bid and who knows Final Four.","format":"text/plain"},"target":"https://arizona.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1078/collection_resources/73595/file/159347#t=1113.0,1191.999"},{"id":"https://arizona.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1078/collection_resources/73595/file/159347/transcript/37790/annotation/43","type":"Annotation","motivation":"transcribing","body":{"type":"TextualBody","value":"UNKNOWN SPEAKER: Okay, dude, I appreciate you being with us today.
