And with the situation in Mexico getting much more peaceful these days and special course offerings that they're going to be having that's going to be exceptional. And students should be willing to take advantage of that there will be a summer semester in Brazil. Scientists have always thought that Mercury Venus, Earth and Mars went through one volcanic period about three and a half billion years ago, but a University of Arizona Planetary Sciences Associate Professor Robert Strom says he now has discovered an earlier period of volcanic activity, which occurred about 4 billion years ago. Strom said his discovery could significantly change the thermal history models of those planets. He said the discovery may indicate that the early period of volcanism is associated with planet core formation. Strom, who worked with the Apollo space missions began studying pictures of mercury sent back to Earth from Mariner 10 in 1974. After studying the pictures, strong study found that the craters on the plains of mercury similar to the craters on the moon were the result of the volcanic period and not by large meteorite in PACs as previously believed, drama says that evidence of the most ancient of volcanism on earth probably has been erased by erosion, which is caused by the atmosphere and the mountain building process. He said that's why looking back to the beginning of Earth is so difficult. This has been accent on the University of Arizona, I'm Mark beech.","format":"text/plain"},"target":"https://arizona.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1953/collection_resources/73782/file/159465#t=243.0,245.0"}]},{"id":"https://arizona.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1953/collection_resources/73782/file/159465/transcript/37699","type":"AnnotationPage","label":{"en":["English [Transcript]"]},"items":[{"id":"https://arizona.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1953/collection_resources/73782/file/159465/transcript/37699/annotation/16","type":"Annotation","motivation":"subtitling","body":{"type":"TextualBody","value":"https://d9jk7wjtjpu5g.cloudfront.net/file_transcripts/associated_files/000/037/699/original/azu_ms641-016_side1_a.vtt?1652728269","format":"text/vtt","language":"en"},"target":"https://d9jk7wjtjpu5g.cloudfront.net/file_transcripts/associated_files/000/037/699/original/azu_ms641-016_side1_a.vtt?1652728269"}]}]}]}
