Libraries today are so complex, they are multifaceted in terms of the kinds of materials that they have, and the way they are organized. And I know everyone has experienced the frustration of using a library who has gone to one of the larger ones, particularly in order to help people find information, communication skills are important. Very few people probably realize that the question asked by most people entering the library is not the right question. People think they've asked the right question.
