That philosophical base means that we have to provide them support that we have to help them identify what their skills and interests are. That we have to work a lot on self esteem to help them know that they do have skills that employers want. Now we in actually the clientele that we see are people who come in they're much like me, who don't feel that they've got the skills to do anything. And they're really terrified. If they want to do develop some new skills? And do they need some training. So those are real basic kinds of things. Then we have a two week job search workshop that we offer once a month. And that's for people who are looking for employment. And we actually teach them how to go out and find a job, teach them how to interview how to write a resume, how to explore the the job market, and then we also have some connections business wise, where we know their jobs. We have support groups, we have a follow up job club, for people who've been through the workshop and are still job hunting. And I was feeling very, very well myself. I really wanted out. I really did. And so I was willing to just take each step as it came in order to get out of this relationship. Went to school and went to adult vocational training project. And that gave me a real high self esteem of myself, I got a lot of support from my counsellor. And I got a lot of support from my project manager. Sue minks. Not only that, but they'd start calling me and asked me to come in and work for them. And so I was picking up new skills, and they really liked my work. I got along well with everyone. So I knew I was doing a good job and that, yes, I'm okay. And I can make it on my own. If I have to, you know, you can always go on the direction of interviewing them yourself. I was helping other people and I knew if I could help other people that I can help myself that I can make it. Okay. Okay, so wordstar definitely, it's very exhausting. It's, it's a stressful job. It really is, you have a lot of demands put on you. But I love it just the same. So I come home in a better mood, and I come home with a lot more energy. Sometimes I come home and just literally plots on the sofa. But they can't see happier me, you know, because I'm really unhappy. You always want them here. But if you really feel that you want to be live with him and you feel more comfortable than Okay, so now they don't threaten this much. I see a lot of me in them. And I like I've seen what been worse. It's the first year to be difficult for all of us while I went to adjustments. And now we really liked each other for the most part. And there's no more yelling and screaming in the house and a lot of things being broken is just a lot nicer. it's quieter. It's mellower, you know. So the Yes, they do like it. I mean, it's a lot harder to go into school. I just I had to cram a lot of my schoolwork in, you know, in order to graduate early. And it was really hard to studying and my grades did drop a lot. But I mean, it doesn't make a big difference. But there is you know, because you have to set up child care and you have to have time for studying and stuff like that. So yeah, it does make a difference. I want to be a bank teller and I want to work in a bank or some kind of accountant, you know, something like that. And I don't know, without training, it just wouldn't. I don't think I'd make it. The tendency is to feel somewhat lost and alone. And it's a little more macho to reach out to a woman. My feeling is that the average male would have a tendency to buy into that.
