And early as assistant coach, I think it was my third year and so I can't play basketball nearly as well hurt my arm a little bit. And actually, that incident made me a better coach. Because instead of being able to demonstrate it, maybe rely on my teaching skill. And I felt I became a better teacher because of that. I think that's why so many people are switching around conferences. And I see the schools that are becoming very successful on a continual basis are those are the bigger programs and the bigger universities. And Long Beach is a large university, but it didn't have that name draw nor have from football or men's basketball. And I felt I wanted to be in a situation. But let's get into collegiate women's sports in general. all over the country schools are facing budget cuts, and tightening and we're hearing words like retrenchment. Each year in the NCAA, and that's been the last 10 years, the attendance has grown. Maybe there are a couple programs that are self supporting or getting there. But I see Women's Basketball is just the premier sport. To me, the most important factor in basketball, be it men or women is quickness. So I look for a good quick athletes.
