I think what we're trying to do is to put our main resources into the freshman year because that's where we have our highest attrition and that's, that's True in many places, so you have a number of programs that we put into that freshman year, which I think of as academic support services. So when a student comes in has been oriented, starts, classes and so on, right away, some of these things will begin to kick in, keep him involved or her involved in student activities, and time management activities, and learning how to take notes for exams and a myriad of things, counseling and so on.","format":"text/plain"},"target":"https://arizona.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1078/collection_resources/73594/file/159346#t=1482.0,1527.999"},{"id":"https://arizona.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1078/collection_resources/73594/file/159346/transcript/37789/annotation/77","type":"Annotation","motivation":"transcribing","body":{"type":"TextualBody","value":"UNKNOWN SPEAKER: You mentioned earlier in the alumni, we were talking about the alumni service. career placement really is more than just getting a job in before we run out of time. Down the lower floor will mean we post about 18 different jobs each day, and students will come in. It's a very heavy traffic traffic in there just to pick up a job now and then to keep financially into the game. We also have a cooperative education program down there in which a student can during his or her junior year, take six months off in a business and get paid and it's career related.
