Voice of the Desert
A television documentary featuring narration by Joseph Wood Krutch, Voice of the Desert was based on Krutch’s book of the same name exploring the natural world of the Sonoran Desert. Produced with cooperation from the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, the film first aired as an NBC News special in August 1963.
